Accounts created before April 1st 2010 are know as old accounts, as they were created with the old account system. As of May 10th 2020 we have shut down all Windows 2000 Servers and old accounts no longer supported by Illicit Awakening. Players were given the opportunity of over 10 years to update old accounts.

For those accounts that players failed to update:

• All old accounts that were not updated were not migrated to the new system and are permanently deleted.
• All account names from deleted accounts cannot be reused.
• All character names from deleted accounts cannot be reused on Victoria.
• All ingame content from deleted accounts has been permanently deleted.
